How can I see the price of the products on the web?

To see the price of products in stock you must first register as a user on the website. Once we confirm the access you will be able to access the session that includes prices.

When will I receive the requested budget?

Our average for sending a budget is between 1-2 days, being able  from the same day of the request until 2-3 working days according to volume of requests. Once requested our Commercial Delegate, by phone or email to the central or the web during 24h.

If the budget requires quotation of a product by manufacturing, these response times can be extended depending on the complexity and production peaks.

What does Free Industrial Design mean?

Abadías designs and manufactures its own products also offers its clients the possibility of designing their own customized products without charging the cost of design. When the design is accepted for a production, Abadías also makes a free sample free of charge for final confirmation of order and production.

Do you have a minimum order amount or quantity?

No, about the products in our own stock we have no minimum. Only the fabrications of a product have a minimum, which varies according to type and material.

Do you sell to individuals?

We only sell to companies.

Is it possible to reserve the estimated amount of some model, while the chosen is decided and the exact amount is known?

Yes, it is one of our most valued services by our clients. Since it eliminates the uncertainty of how many to apply for and can be treated the choice of the model with time.

In models without this service available, it is detailed in the budget.

What is the additional shipment of the product, with the possibility of return free of charge?

In case the attendance to the event is higher than expected, to avoid having to buy more and increase the waste generated in it. We can send additional material without marking of the chosen model (up to 5% of the units of the order) in case they are needed.

Once the event is finished, those that have not been used, are returned free of charge (shipping not included). Avoiding  and unnecessary generation of costs.

Can I receive a sample before confirming the order?

Yes, according to our quality system you will receive a physical sample to assess the product in hand, before confirming the order. Except for exceptions that for urgency or repetition of order, you decide to skip that step.

Does it cost?

The samples of our products are free, with a maximum of 2-3 units in budgets of many options. Except for exceptions where the cost of the sample compromises the viability of the order.

Do you personalize the products with the client's logo?

Yes, we have our own personalization workshop to mark the products with the techniques that each material and model can admit.

Can you personalize with the Pantone of each color of the logo?

We work with Pantone reference and are used to comply with the requirements of the brand manuals. We coordinate with the client the similarity or variation of the tone of the color, according to the material on which it is going to be customized (cotton, nylon, polyester, leather, plastic, cardboard, …) and the personalization technique to be used (ink, embroidery of thread, transfer, ..)

How can I know what is the best customization for my logo, its price and how will it be?

From the Design and Production Department of Logos they are responsible for advising on the best technique to use and the cost of it according to product material, location, size and complexity of the logo. As well as to elaborate the virtual models with the logo assembled for confirmation of the client.

In cases where the virtual model does not sufficiently simulate the final result, a customized physical sample will be sent for confirmation by the client.

Is there a cost to design the model with my logo?

If the logo is sent in a vector file, the design service of the logo in the model is free. In case of not having this format, it will depend on the complexity of the logo.

How do I send the logo?

When requesting the quote through the web you can add it in the step that asks for it.
You can also send it by email to the Commercial Delegate in your area or to the central office.

Do the folders come with notebook?

Yes, all our folders come with a notepad included in the price of the folder. In the case that some model did not have it, it would be specified in the budget.

Can I order products with a plug-in inserted?

Yes, the cost of handling products is € 0.26 / unit. For example, mount a corporate pad in a folder, mount the custom pen in the folder, …

Do you ship in anonymous packaging?

Yes, we can send your order in anonymous boxes.

How long does it take to receive an order for products in stock?

The usual term of delivery in own products without personalizing is of 24-48 hours.

The usual delivery time for personalized products is 7 working days from order confirmation and the model with the logo assembly.

The exact delivery time is ensured, upon confirmation of the order.

And if it is urgent?

The usual term of urgent delivery can be from 24 hours for orders of own products without customization to 2-4 days for customized with logo.

The exact delivery time is ensured, upon confirmation of the order.

Are free shipping?

Yes, non-urgent postage is free, in orders of an amount greater than € 300 to a destination in Spain (except I. Canarias) and Portugal.

Do you ship outside of Spain and Portugal?

Yes, we take care of the shipping management of our products to any place in the world, as well as the delivery of the same order to different destinations.

We quote the cost of shipping separately from our products in a transparent way for our customers.

How can I know if I have made my order correctly?

Once you have filled out the budget request form and clicked “accept”, you will receive a PDF file with your budget summary in your e-mail. This summary is for information only. In the following hours or working day, we will send the budget confirming availability, terms and models.

In case of any doubt, we would contact you to resolve it and send the budget.

If I can not find the product I'm looking for on your website, could you offer it?

Of course, if we do not have it in our own stock, we study the possibility of manufacturing it or importing it customized for you.

Can you provide products for big promotions?

Yes, we have more than 20 years of experience in the design and development of customized products for promotions of large company products, in sectors such as food, cosmetics, pharmacy, automotive, publications, …

How can I be informed and take advantage of the promotions and offers of the company?

Although the company tries to warn customers who request a quote with the current offers, the most effective is to register to receive the newsletter by email with the news and promotions of the company.

Do you have any quality certification?

We have implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality system in the processes, guaranteed by AENOR through annual audits.

Are the products guaranteed?

All products have a guarantee. In case of any incident that corresponds to the warranty, the product (s) will be collected so that the Quality Department registers the incident and proceeds to the best possible solution.
The incidents arising from the transport process must be reported upon receipt of the order, making mention on the delivery note. The warranty does not cover batteries or items with damages or deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, tampering or misuse, or materials worn for normal use.
